Tasks

Tasks are a powerful feature that allows you to control the translation process by creating tasks for your contributors. These tasks can be assigned to specific contributors, ensuring that the right person is working on the right part of the project. You can also set deadlines for tasks, helping to keep the translation process on track.

Concepts of Tasks​

  • Goal Can be either 'Translate' or 'Review'. This defines the purpose of the task.
  • Deadline Set a deadline for the task to ensure timely completion.
  • Assignee Assign the task to a specific contributor. This ensures that the right person is responsible for the task.
  • Reminders Send reminders to assignees to keep them informed about upcoming deadlines.
